Vivian Green

Vivian Green is an American soul singer-songwriter and pianist signed to Koch Records. She was discovered while singing backup vocals on an international tour with Jill Scott, and signed to Columbia Records in November 2001. Her debut album, A Love Story, was released 1 year later and reached gold status with the single “Emotional Rollercoaster,” cracking the Billboard Hot 100. Her second album, Vivian, featured the single “Gotta Go Gotta Leave” which became Vivian’s second Top 40 hit on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. She’s written songs for several artists, including pop superstars Britney Spears and Boyz II Men.
