Benny Blanco

Benny Blanco is a songwriter, rapper, producer and underground maestro of booty rap. He wrote and produced for artists such as Katy Perry and Britney Spears with Dr. Luke, and also remixed hits for Kylie Minogue and Justice. After working closely with Spank Rock on their EP Bangers & Cash in 2007, Blanco entered into the spotlight. The Spank Rock EP featured guest appearances from Downtown Records’ artists Amanda Blank and Santigold. He provided additional production for Katy Perry’s “I Kissed a Girl” and “Hot N Cold”. Benny recieved widespread attention after co-producing Britney Spears’ “Circus” and 3OH!3’s breakthrough single “Don’t Trust Me.”
